Mitchell v. Tate et al.
A federal civil RICO action under 18 U.S.C. §§ 1962(c) and 1962(d), with eight related state-law claims, against nineteen named defendants and four Roe Corporations alleged to operate the Tate enterprise.
Which complaint governs. The operative pleading is the Second Amended Complaint filed July 19, 2026 (ECF 105). It superseded the First Amended Complaint after the Court, at ECF 96, denied leave to file an earlier 231-page proposed second amended complaint on Rule 8 grounds and ordered a pleading of no more than 50 pages. Earlier pleadings remain available on the docket.
